What is the rental process?
- Submit an Inquiry
Fill out our order form on the Contact page with your event details and preferred package. Not sure what you need? No worries—we’re happy to guide you! - Choose Your Package
Select one of our curated candle packages (Classic, Signature, or Luxe, or Custom) and we’ll customize the sizes and quantities to suit your event layout and style. - Personalized Quote
Within 24–48 hours, we’ll reach out with a custom quote tailored to your event size, needs, and design preferences. - Secure Your Booking
To lock in your date, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event. - Day-of Delivery & Pickup
We deliver & pick-up to your venue (delivery fee based on location). For smaller orders of 30 candles or less, you can pick up from us in Idaho Falls. Want us to handle everything from start to finish? We offer full-service styling, setup, and breakdown so you can focus on your event while we create the glow.

What types of candles do you offer?
- Premium granulated wax candles (in heights ranging from 6”-24″) Flameless options available.
- 100% Premium Granulated Wax for a clean, consistent, and slow burn
- Beautiful, full appearance enhances your decor and stands out in photos
- Expertly filled with fine wax beads for an even, long-lasting flame
- Self-extinguishing safety feature protects guests and venues from spills
- Taper Candle sets include the candlestick holder, taper candle, and glass hurricane. Contact us to explore our available styles.

What is the difference between DIY & Full Service?
DIY Option
Handle setup yourself with one of two convenient options:
- DIY Pickup
- Available for smaller orders (30 candles or fewer)
- Pick up and return from our Idaho Falls location
- Candles come clean, prepped, and ready to use
- Ideal for intimate or budget-conscious events
- DIY with Delivery
- Available for Signature packages and larger orders
- We deliver and pick up your candles for a flat fee (based on distance)
- You still handle the setup and takedown
- Great for larger events where pickup isn’t practical
Full-Service Option
- We deliver directly to your venue
- Complete candle setup by our team
- Pickup and cleanup included after your event
- Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience while we handle all the details
